1. Speakers & Engaging Topics 🗣

Content lies at the heart of ESI Events, which means our agenda for ESI Washington DC is bursting with a full day of best-in-class talks and panels ensuring they’re interesting & insightful for those in esports as well as those brand new to the space.

#ESIDC will touch on a multitude of different talking points. This includes themes such as betting growth in the USA, collegiate, sports x esports, ecosystem deep dives, building real world communities & more. View the full agenda here.

As ever, we take a lot of care to ensure we invite world-class speakers from all walks of life and industries, cherry-picked by Esports Insider for you.

The conference features representatives from some of the the industry’s top leaders such as Alex Inglot (ESL Pro League), Chad De Luca (Twitch), Martin Lycka (Entain), Rebecca Brock Dixon (the*gameHERS), Andrew McNeill (Monumental Sports & Entertainment), and Grant Paranjape (the Washington Justice), among others.

2. Embassies Tour 🏛

We’re working with Cultural Tourism DC to bring you a one-of-a-kind Embassies Tour. We’ll be taking our delegates to hand-picked embassies in Washington DC who will be discussing how they approach esports as a government & nation, and why.

With the ongoing development of the esports industry worldwide, there are numerous different approaches, and our attendees will get to hear about some of these from the embassies themselves. They will also enjoy some regional hospitality, food & beverage offerings, and more. As far as we know, this is a first in the world of esports.

We’ll be able to share more details of this very soon, so keep your eyes peeled on the site & the event agenda.

3. The Finest Networking 🤝

Face-to-face interactions are back and our agenda includes all important networking breaks, spaces and activities to answer all your needs!

Choose from: 3 evening socials, 2 networking lounges & bars, 1 Bizzabo networking app to pre-book meetings and message other attendees.

We also take the utmost care to ensure an inclusive and comfortable environment for one and all, and not to mention fun and memorable too, with all venues & hospitality selected to ensure they meet the right vibe, and we of course make sure the F&B is taste tested and approved🍴.

We know how important it is to have a safe space to decompress or work quietly during an event, which is why the east wing of the Ballroom at the National Press Club will be converted into a space where you can take your meetings, and the Winners Room (named appropriately) into a quiet spot in case you want to step away from all the action.

4. Value for your 💸

We ensure attendees get value for money with an interesting and thoroughly curated agenda and one-of-a-kind experiences in the esports business industry. We’ll provide ample space and time for sponsors and partners to help learn, guide, and partner-up with fresh talent and entrepreneurs in the esports space.

Your ticket includes:

> Welcome drinks at the Hilton Garden Inn, in the beating heart of downtown DC

> An esports-focused Embassies Tour on Massachusetts Avenue

> An evening social function in the rustic Crimson Bar, bringing you the right vibes with excellent F&B and live music

> Our best-in-class conference day at the National Press Club (F&B, networking spaces & panel VODs after the event)

> Post-show social continuing in the historic NPC, a stone’s throw from the beautiful parks and monuments of the US capital

5. Location 🌎✈️

We’re in the US capital in Spring just after the cherry blossom season, meaning great weather, and no better time to see the sights the city has to offer. With three airports, and a mere ~four hour train to New York City, it’s easily accessible, and to rest easy, we’ve official hotel partners to book. But be quick, you’ve only got until April 16th to take advantage of the Hilton Garden Inn rate, and until April 21st for Hotel Washington!

We’ve partnered with our friends at Events DC, who are on hand and happy to advise where to go & what to see, plus offer up local tips some of which can be seen in the agenda on site. While you’re in town some of the must sees include Washington Monument, US Capitol & Union Square, National Gallery of Art, Japanese Pagoda, and so much more!
