The Little Kickers program is a non-competitive program for Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 children who are typically not in Kindergarten yet. We do not have formal teams, leagues, or keep scoring. For this age group, soccer is geared towards having fun, socializing, and learning about themselves and others through the game of soccer. We respect and understand the attention span and physical limitations of the children in this age range. Players will learn about the basic rules of the game and the fundamental skills of the sport while having fun. The Little Kickers program is run by United Soccer Academy (USA) and is based off of their popular Soccer Squirts (see video) curriculum. Program sessions are held once a week on Saturday or Sunday mornings. Sessions are 1 hour in length and run for 8 weeks (8 sessions).
Our Instructional program is a non-competitive program and offers an excellent opportunity for recreational soccer fun and skills development. Instructional divisions are available in the Kindergarten to 5th grade
(please click here for additional information). This program provides an opportunity for children to play and socialize with others in their age range while learning the game of soccer. Emphasis is placed on the children having fun.
Players in the Instructional Program will train once during the week with a professional trainer from United Soccer Academy (USA). Games will be played on Saturday mornings. The 4th-5th grade program will have volunteer coaches and organized teams. Volunteer coaches may choose to have a second day of practice with their team.
