No, I don't. He loves Barca but he already showed over his playing career that he is open to change.

yes but after his succes, why would he go to a club with obvious lesser ambitions, let's be honest it hurts me to say this but Roma will probably never be at the same caliber or even the same bracket as Barca so why wouldn't he go to a bigger club and add to that, he's not italian so it's not like he has a personal relation with an italian club.
This is a dream move for every Roman surely though.

Well he couldn't really go any higher, so it's not out of the question. I don't see him as a coach like Mourinho, trying to pick all the top jobs with the best resources.

Whenever some journalist is excessively praising him, Guardiola always corrects them and gives credit to his players. It is possible he might like to see how well his ideas would play out in less favourable circumstances.
